Enrich Miles

Greetings,

Thank you for your explanation. I did redeemed my enrich but your web trasaction has failed several times. But it deducted my enrich for 36000 miles. Why deducted while transaction is failed?

Please help ... i did call. But almost 20 minutes i have to wait .. is it 24 hours service?? Really disappointed because one lady from reservation transfer me to enrich last night and i have to wait for 20 minutes. Then i call back one lady said enrich only for office hours... then why the first lady just transfer me???????? Does this stupid lady knows????
